After holding a two-round tournament the Petersburg team was level on points with team Moskvich-1 (skip A. Drozdov). As in the last season for champions rating the gold match was played off by equal winners. In this match teams toughly struggled for victory to the last stone.

However in the last end the last throw of Adamant’s skip, Alexey Tzelousov, was foul, the victory was celebrated by Moskvich-1. Following the results of the championship all 5 players of Adamant team entered into enlarged Russia national team conducting now its preparation for Olimpiada-2014 in Sochi.
