In 2010 the Holding Company Adamant contemplated to enforce its presence in the central part of the city and among other participants took part in a tender held by State Property Fund trading the leasehold on Eleseevskiy store at Nevsky, 56. However during this trading the Company’s plans have changed and it was resolved to withdraw its further participation in the tender. 

As a result in September 15, 2010 the restaurateur Eugeny Prigozhin has got leasehold on the building for 10 years (Delovoy Peterburg, 06.10.2010). Now the Company Adamant is out of all relation to the building leasehold and to the projects on reconstruction.
