This mall will become the 26th trade and recreation center in Adamant Management Company. The pavilion of a new subway station, due to open soon, will be located in the same building. Subway passengers will bring a lot of customer traffic to the new shopping center. The area of the new facility is 46,400 square meters. The new mall will contain apparel, footwear and accessories stores of famous international brands, a Prisma supermarket, a Kronwerk Cinema Theater, a Sport Life Fitness Club, a food court with cafes and restaurants and various service outlets.

The new mall will help attend to the needs of local residents who welcome a new movie theater, a high-quality grocery store, a modern fitness club and a variety of shops with an extensive assortment of products. The new center will include an in-built parking lot for 270 cars.
