Palma Mansion of the Society

Palma Mansion of the Society of German Craftsmen was built in 1886 by architect Ivan Aristarkhov. The building housed a chess club, a mutual assistance fund office, a library, a lecture hall and a ballroom, as well as a number of workshops. After 100 years, we restored the building to its original state, gave it back the original name and invited new, creative tenants.

Palma today is a four-story, comfortable building for work and creativity. It’s grand Theater Hall with a large chandelier hosts festivals, concerts and exhibitions, several coffee shops are located on the first floor, and the Solaris Lab occupies the roof space and overlooks the historic downtown area of St. Petersburg.

New service lines were installed in 2014-2016, the façade and the interior of the building were restored, and the Theater Hall once again started hosting music concerts.

The luxurious theater auditorium is 250 m² in area and has a unique interior. The transformable space allows the auditorium to be used for various events: films, festivals, markets and fairs, weddings, banquets and corporate events.

Tenants can lease offices and studios from 20 to 200 square meters in area by entering into direct contracts with the owner.
