Production base
Production efficiency, advanced technologies, and high quality standards form the foundation of the holding company’s competitive edge in commercial real estate construction. Its production facilities include the "Novye Tekhnologii" powder coating plant and the "Molodoy Udarnik" concrete plant.
Metal Painting
Since 2004, the "Adamant" holding company’s manufacturing sector has operated its own metal powder coating division: the "Novye Tekhnologii" (New Technologies) plant. The facility operates in accordance with Qualicoat specifications and features an in-house testing laboratory, a certified salt spray chamber, and calibrated equipment.
Powder coating is an environmentally friendly technology for producing highly protective polymer coatings that preserve the performance characteristics of metal products. This type of coating is one of the most cost-effective to apply; it offers high resistance to harsh environments and enhances the aesthetic appeal of the coated materials. From August 2005 through 2023, the plant continuously maintained compliance with international quality standards for powder coatings under Qualicoat license No. 2900—the first of its kind in Russia. In 2023, the license was suspended due to geopolitical reasons; however, the technical process remains unchanged, and compliance with Qualicoat specifications is verified through independent inspections at the accredited Metaltek laboratory (Turkey).
Concrete production
In 1999, the Molodoy Udarnik plant—a leading enterprise in the Northwestern region for the production of high-quality concrete and mortar—became part of the Adamant holding company.
