New Technologies Plant

Adamant continues to actively develop its manufacturing sector, opening new, promising production facilities. In 2004, the EuroStroyStandard metal-plastic and aluminum construction plant launched a powder coating division for aluminum profiles, the Novye Tekhnologii company. In 2005, the company became the first in Russia to receive the international Qualicoat quality certificate.

The new production facility was equipped with the most advanced equipment available at the time: a state-of-the-art automated line, unmatched in Russia. This pilot project was developed by SCS Finishing AB (Sweden), a recognized leader in powder coating technology in Western Europe. For the first time in Russia, the entire powder coating process is carried out on a fully automated line, with minimal human intervention.

In 2007, a second automated line for powder coating galvanized and ferrous metal was launched at the New Technologies facility. This technology produced a high-quality, durable coating, tested and confirmed by Electrolux, a leading home appliance manufacturer.
