The pavilion at 101 Stachek Avenue plans to employ two SMO veterans with disabilities. One of the first employees is Artem Smirnov, a 27-year-old veteran who suffered a sniper wound to his left arm. As a result of the injury, his arm was amputated, but now he will have the opportunity not only to work but also to realize his potential in a new role.

According to the plans of the Profession Public Organization for the Disabled, 10 such pavilions are planned to open in 2025, providing employment for 20 SMO veterans.
