Recognizing the urgency of this problem, Adamant Holding regularly supports projects aimed at preparing orphanage graduates for independent living.
According to statistics, only 10% of orphanage graduates successfully adapt to life outside of social institutions. The chances of adoption decline sharply with age, and most young people are forced to enter adulthood without the support of family and relatives.
Recognizing the urgency of this problem, Adamant Holding regularly supports projects aimed at preparing orphanage graduates for independent living.
One such project is the inclusive PODARI workshops of the "Give Me Wings" charitable foundation. The workshops provide jobs for teenagers and young adults with experience of orphanhood and special health needs.
After completing their social benefits at age 23, many young people find themselves unprepared for independent life and face serious challenges finding work. In the workshops, young people not only master the skills of making decorative concrete home items but also learn work discipline: adhering to a work schedule, maintaining responsibility, setting goals, and gaining motivation for future work.
Thanks to the support of Adamant Holding, consumables were purchased to support the workshops for a month. This will allow us to continue training and organize internships for new program participants.
We wish the young people working in the inclusive workshops the opportunity to discover their talents, move forward confidently, and realize their dreams. And to the foundation's staff and volunteers, we wish inspiration, strength, and faith in a bright future for each project participant.
