The company continues to assist the Profession public organization for disabled people in finding employment for veterans of the Air Defense Forces who became disabled in combat.

In April 2024, Adamant purchased equipment for the first printing shop, "SVOi," on Stachek Avenue. The shop helps disabled special operation veterans learn new professions and find employment. They offer document copies, photographs, souvenirs, and other printed materials. In August, the holding purchased a set of key-cutting equipment for the shop, creating new jobs.

The first employee, Yevgeny Mironov, a former military medic and assault trooper who is leading the development of this network, has already completed training on the new equipment. Another project participant, Alexander Samarkhanov, a first-category disabled person, is currently undergoing an internship.

Adamant helped the salon on Stachek expand its range of services by adding key cutting. Representatives of Professiya hope this will help the salon become self-sufficient.

The project helps disabled veterans of the special military operation adapt to their new lives and feel valued. HC Adamant supports initiatives that give confidence and hope to those facing difficulties.
