The Palma mansion of the German Craftsmen's Society was built according to the designs of the renowned architect Ivan Aristarkhov in 1886. Over the years, it housed a chess club, a mutual aid fund, a library, lecture halls, a ballroom, and numerous workshops.
A century and a half later, we have restored Palma not only its name and appearance, but also its creative residents.
Today, the PALMA loft space comprises four floors designed for comfortable work and creativity, a majestic grand hall with performances, concerts, and private events held beneath its chandelier, a coffee shop on the ground floor, and the "Sky and Wine" wine bar on the top floor.
From 2014 to 2016, all utility lines were re-installed, the façade and interiors were restored, and music was once again played in the Theater Hall.
The luxurious 250-square-meter theater hall boasts a unique interior. The flexible space allows it to be used for a variety of events: film screenings, festivals, markets and fairs, weddings, dinner parties, and corporate events.
Palma offers offices and studios ranging from 20 to 250 square meters under direct lease with the owner. The building has 24-hour security, video surveillance, and a fire alarm. Tenants have access to fast and affordable internet, amenities, and daily cleaning.
