X5 Retail Group

The grand opening of the X5 Retail Group distribution center took place on September 8, 2016.

The 28,000 square meter building, constructed by Adamant Holding under a built-to-suit contract, is located on Moskovskoe Highway near the St. Petersburg exit, in close proximity to the Armada Park warehouse complex.

The distribution center supplies goods to the company's 889 supermarkets in 8 regions: St. Petersburg, the Leningrad, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Novgorod, Murmansk, and Pskov regions, and the Republic of Karelia. <br>

The distribution center is designed to accommodate all product categories and consists of 5 storage zones, each maintaining the required temperature conditions for the respective products.
