The shopping mall is a five-story building. Currently, only the first floor is operational, with the rest of the retail space closed for renovation. , OZON, Flo&Jo, X-CASE stores and bakery cafe Hlebnik open to visitors every day.

The fourth and fifth floors house a Class B business center.
