Balkania NOVA

The Balkania NOVA shopping mall is located in the southern part of St. Petersburg, near the Kupchino metro and railway stations. The first phase of the complex was opened in December 2006. Several large anchor tenants opened their doors to visitors: the Domovoy home goods store, M.Video electronics hypermarket, Lukomorye children's supermarket, Leonardo hobby hypermarket, as well as clothing, footwear, perfume, and accessory stores of well-known brands.

In December 2012, the specialized furniture center "12 Chairs" opened to the public as part of the new building. Today, visitors can enjoy a gallery of clothing, footwear, and accessory stores from renowned brands, a children's goods store called "Detsky Mir," a multiplex cinema, the "DEL MAR" restaurant, the "Planet of Games" children's play area, a food court, the "Bakhroma" restaurant, and much more. Ample parking is available next to the building.
