Balkanskiy

The Balkansky multifunctional complex is located on Balkanskaya Square, directly next to the Kupchino metro station. Eight buildings, connected by walkways, form a single retail space.

The Balkansky multifunctional complex houses numerous clothing, footwear, and accessory stores, mobile phone stores, and bank branches. Rive Gauche, L.Etoile, and Magnit Cosmetic perfume and cosmetics stores are also located within the complex, as well as the Perekrestok grocery supermarket, Lenta supermarket, DNS, Bukvoed, and SELA stores, among others. Visitors can also enjoy the Formula Kino multiplex cinema, numerous cafes, the Bushe bakery, the Tokyo City restaurant, a notary office, and the PRO Fitness fitness center.

In December 2010, the retail and office building (Balkansky-1) opened, connected by walkways to the other buildings of the Balkansky Multifunctional Complex and the Balkaniya NOVA Shopping mall. Clothing, footwear, and accessory stores, a food court, and a Sportmaster sporting goods hypermarket opened to the public. The building also houses a modern Sport Life fitness club with a swimming pool. A modern office center is located on the upper floors.

In December 2012, the second phase of the Balkaniya NOVA building opened to the public, including the specialized furniture center "12 Chairs." Visitors can enjoy a gallery of clothing, footwear, and accessory stores from renowned brands, a multiplex cinema, a food court, and much more!
