The Continent Baikonurskaya shopping mall is located in a densely populated area in the north of St. Petersburg, close to the Pionerskaya and Komendantsky Prospekt metro stations. The interior layout of the complex is based on the mall principle.

The main feature of the interior design is a central internal street, lined on both sides with shops and places for recreation and entertainment. The huge space, arched bridges, and original glass skylights give the complex the appearance of a fantastic ship soaring into space. Each floor has recreation areas, cafes, and bars. Panoramic elevators and escalators allow visitors to move quickly and conveniently between floors.

The mall houses: M.Video electronics hypermarket, DNS, Oboikin fashion wallpaper center, Beethoven pet store, Sport Life fitness center with swimming pool, Rive Gauche perfume store, a gallery of fashion stores such as Kari, Oodji, Lee/Wrangler, Diplomat, Familia, a jewelry salon, souvenir and gift shops, and many others. The mall also has a restaurant courtyard open to visitors.
