We've created a concept for a straightforward and clear menu: each dish costs 350₽ on weekdays and 390₽ on Fridays after 6:00 PM, Saturdays, and weekends. This freedom of choice allows you to try new things, return to favorites, and enjoy gastronomy without limits—simple and honest.

The DELMAR menu is based on four culinary traditions, gathered under one roof:

Italian cuisine offers pastas, pizzas, and rich Mediterranean combinations that evoke a sense of travel. Caucasian cuisine offers khachapuri, khinkali, juicy kebabs, and signature sauces, imbued with warmth and hospitality. Russian cuisine evokes home, bringing together dishes imbued with comfort and familiarity on a single menu. Uzbek cuisine surprises with pilaf, samsa, lagman, and vibrant oriental spices, making every dinner a mini-celebration. A festive atmosphere every day! Every day from 7:00 PM, the restaurant plays live music, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere for dinners, meetings, and long conversations.

And on Fridays and Saturdays after 11:00 PM, the restaurant truly comes alive with a dynamic alternation of karaoke and DJ sets. You can sing your favorite hit, feel like a star, and then dance to energetic tracks the next minute. This lively, atmospheric format brings guests together and creates a truly exciting weekend evening.
