The Yunost Restaurant graces the fifth and sixth floors of the shopping center on Savushkina Street in the Primorsky District. Panoramic windows overlook the city: the soaring Lakhta Center tower, the sprawling Zenit Arena stadium, and the Ferris wheel spinning at the Central Park of Culture and Leisure.

The design bureau Megre Interiors is responsible for the decor. The two spacious dining rooms are bright and airy. Above the comfortable, ergonomic sofas, acorn-shaped lamps compete with chestnut-shaped lamps, the walls shimmer with stylish copper panels, and the interior features oak partitions and decorative baubles made of genuine linden. The convenient zoning of the dining rooms allows for large gatherings, family gatherings, or intimate feasts. Up on the rooftop, a summer terrace covered in flowers stretches out, making you feel like a guest in nature: barbecues are grilled outdoors, people sunbathe, and sip cocktails.

"Yunost" is a restaurant serving contemporary Georgian cuisine. The classics remain: under the guidance of brand chef Izo Dzandzava, they prepare classic khachapuri from Aunt Eliso, kharcho, and fragrant ajapsandal; veal kebabs and turkey lyulya are served from the grill; and hot lavash is served from the tandoor. In addition to traditional dishes, they offer signature Georgian cuisine: fried red mullet is added to a salad with baked eggplant and paprika; fresh cherry plums are cooked with garlic, tarragon, and red wine and served with duck and crispy corn chips; tart sheep's cheese is served with raisins and fresh herbs. A fragrant Svan lamb kubdari pie and pike patara khinkali, cod and salmon dolma in sotoli sauce, and tsitsila, a soup made with farm-raised chicken and herbs—this is the multifaceted, spicy, and charismatic Georgian cuisine. Come with a cheerful group—ask for the rack of lamb: the succulent meat will be roasted at your table in a Georgian ketsi pan; ask for a whole hot-smoked sterlet, or order dambari khacho: hot, gooey Georgian cheese drizzled with chacha and flambéed over a live flame at your table. And of course, dif—elegant sauces made with beets, paprika, and spinach, served on a stylish wooden plate alongside mchadi, the national flatbread. Yunost is a family restaurant. The bright children's room offers coloring crayons and a magical house for little ones to relax away from their parents, while older guests can enjoy educational games. The wine list features traditional Georgian Saperavi alongside vibrant Tuscan wines, delicate Burgundies, and full-bodied New World wines. Don't worry about parking: there's plenty of space for everyone. And don't worry about anything else—that's not typical at Yunost.
