The holding company includes the Chernye Kamni resort complex, home to the largest ungulate zoo in Karelia, Karelian Zoo, as well as the Kaunis Hotel on the shores of Lake Ladoga, the Mayak Aparthotel, and the Ladoga Hotel. In 2002, the Adamant Medical Clinic, one of the largest multidisciplinary private clinics in St. Petersburg, opened as part of the Adamant holding company. The clinic's regular clients include major Russian and international companies.
